REAL ESTATE AUCTION CONDITIONS: The terms and conditions of the sale of each property to be sold at auction shall be governed by the terms of the purchase and sales agreement to be executed by successful bidder at the auction. The following information is presented solely for the purpose of providing a summary of the basic terms and conditions of the auction, for specific information relative to each property the real estate broker should be contacted to obtain copies of the form of purchase and sales agreement.
TERMS: This is a cash sale. The successful bidders will be REQUIRED to enter into a purchase and sales agreement which will NOT be contingent upon financing. TAXES: Prorated per current values to the date of closing. POSSESSION: At Closing. All announcements made auction day take precedence over ALL printed materials.
